SERVICE AGREEMENTS: COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL
Your heating and air conditioning system, like your car, requires regular maintenance to keep it functioning properly and at maximum efficiency. We offer a SERVICE AGREEMENT designed to accomplish this.
This service is designed to keep your heating and air conditioning system in top operating condition with minimal cost and to save you money when repairs are needed. The benefits to you are:
SAVE MONTHLY ON UTILITY BILLS
Dirty filters and coils can reduce efficiency by as much as 25-30 %. This increases the time the system has to run to maintain the required temperature. Energy consumption, wear and tear on equipment increase.
PROLONG THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF YOUR SYSTEM
The average life expectancy of a heating and air conditioning system is 8-10 years. A regularly scheduled maintenance program can increase the life expectancy of your equipment several years.
HELP PREVENT MAJOR FAILURES
Minor problems such as bad fan belts, loose electrical connections, burned relay contacts, not enough Freon, unlubricated motors and bearings all could contribute to a premature major failure of your heating and air conditioning system. This agreement will also reduce the need for untimely service calls due to the lack of maintenance.

PREFERENTIAL SCHEDULING OF SERVICE CALLS
As a SERVICE AGREEMENT customer, you are a preferred customer. This entitles you to a PRIORITY SERVICE over a non Service Agreement customer.
DISCOUNT ON PARTS
As a SERVICE AGREEMENT customer, you will receive a 10 % DISCOUNT on any repair part needed to make your unit operational. (This does not include major components such as a compressor or heat exchanger).
ALL SAFETY CONTROLS ARE CHECKED THUS GIVING YOU "PEACE OF MIND"
Any control that deals with either gas or electricity needs to be thoroughly inspected periodically.
A summary of some of the features of our SERVICE AGREEMENT ARE:
1. Two inspections per year. 1 heating and 1 cooling
2. Preferential call scheduling
3. Change filters at both inspections
4. Clean coils on cooling inspection
5. 10% discount on any parts needed for repairs.
6. Lubricate all moving parts and check all controls.
